Cooking with Cricut #91

Today's Cooking with Cricut challenge is about the 1st Day of Summer – Your project must feature a BBQ or Picnic theme or item for one of those events.

I found this lovely paper that reminded me of a picnic blanket.  What a great way to start off summer with a BBQ, such a happy summer!

Supplies used for this fun card:
Everyday Paperdolls Cricut cartridge for the grill and steak
Tim Holtz distress inks in Scattered Straw, Rusty Hinge and Fired Brick for the fire in the grill
Patterned paper is from October afternoon pack
My Creative Times Tiny Tags dies
May Arts jute
Papertrey Ink Tagits#4 for the sentiment with Papertrey Ink in True Black
Tim Holtz markers in Peeled Paint and Picket Fence for the grass and steak highlights
DCWV card base in red, the cuts are all from scrap cardstock.

Thanks for baking with me!

Fun card, Kemma! Love the checkerboard paper -- it does add that picnic feel to it. The "fire" in your grill is a wonderful touch!

Hi Kemma,
Oh I just love your grill, sitting there in the grass, cooking up that big juicy steak. YUM YUM!! This is so cute.
